„Asachimici“ is an Italian company based in Vescovato (province of Cremona) that makes cleaners and descalers for espresso machines, milk systems and coffee grinders under the „Puly Caff“ brand; it created its first „Puly Caff®“ cleaner in 1961. Its quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (certificates valid until December 2026). Only some of its cleaners are certified by NSF International under Protocol P152; where this is the case, the product description says so.

„Puly Bar Igienic®“ — surface cleaning spray
For everyday cleaning of bar and kitchen surfaces and equipment: spray, wipe, no rinsing. 1 L bottle with a trigger sprayer.
„Puly Bar Igienic®“ is a hard-surface cleaner made in Italy by „Asachimici“ (the company behind the „Puly Caff“ range) that keeps bar and kitchen surfaces clean and ready for work all day. It removes food residue, oil, grease and traces of oxidised fat from stainless steel, lacquered and painted surfaces, plastic, glass, mirrors, marble and wood. It evaporates quickly and leaves surfaces clean, streak-free and odour-free.
It belongs to the „Linea New“ range from „Puly Caff“ and is made for use throughout the working day. It complies with HACCP requirements and is bacteriostatic, meaning it inhibits the growth of bacteria (tested to EN 13727). Its ingredients are of plant origin and the mixture is readily biodegradable.
Where to use it
- Espresso machine and coffee grinder bodies (stainless steel, lacquered and painted finishes) and the outside of the grinder's bean hopper.
- Worktops and tables, sinks and taps, refrigerated counters and glassware trolleys.
- Slicers, chopping boards, knives and knife blocks.
- Extractor hoods, glass, mirrors and window frames.
- Toilets and other sanitary ware.
For the group head, choose „Puly Caff Plus®“ Powder; for the milk system, „Puly Milk Plus®“; for grinder burrs, „Puly Grind Crystals“.
How to use
Spray
Remove any solid food residue, then spray directly onto the surface you are cleaning.
Wipe
Spread it with a clean cloth or a paper towel.
After 30 seconds
The cleaner takes effect and evaporates — the surface is ready for work again.
Safe use
Warning: causes serious eye irritation (H319). Read the label before use and do not spray directly onto food. Wear protective gloves and eye and face protection, and work in a well-ventilated area. If in eyes, rinse with running water for several minutes, holding the eyelids open; if eye irritation persists, get medical advice. If you feel unwell, call a poison centre or a doctor. If medical advice is needed, have the product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Keep the bottle closed after use and store it in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place below 30 °C, away from heat sources, sunlight, food, drink and oxidising agents. For professional use only.
